Hoping, waiting that things will turn for the better?

Hoping, waiting till light shines through the gloom?
Hoping, waiting every moment of every day?

Hope..
Lurking..
Hiding..
But it's present..

Hoping, waiting when His hands never leaves?
Hoping, waiting when His promises are true?
Hoping, waiting when you can't see ahead?
Hoping, waiting when life's upside down?

Hope..
Unclear..
Undefinable..
But it's sure..
