In the twinkling of an eye, almost 3 weeks of the semester have passed and gone, never to be back again. It's 1/4 of the semester gone and nearer to exams. Keep striving, boy. The end is getting nearer.

Laziness

Been too lazy to update my blog.. Anyway there's nothing much to ramble about in my life..

Anyway, I was in need of a world map to aid me in my European history modules and I went to Borders to look for one. It had a plentiful stock of Map of Singapore coming from different suppliers but just no world map. It greatly disappointed me. Eventually, I went home, went online to Amazon.com and got what I needed, though have to pay a bit more for shipping charges and other charges, but at least I got what I wanted.

Think that's how laziness and convinence start to work hand in hand.

I knew this would come sooner or later. But it's definitely coming.

As a history major, evolution is definitely going to appear in one of the modules and yups, it's present this semester. Wonder how I'm going to cope with this module. I'm 100% not going to agree with what it's being taught, but it's still something that I have to go through. Think I'll just take this as a learning point and not impress it into my mind.

A new year, A new start and Something's brewing

Here's a very late post but anyway

A Happy New Year to all and May God bless each and every one of you out there.

Forgot to bring my camera out for watchnight and thus no photos for 31/12/06 and 1/1/07.. Grr.. But here's a lil update on what happened.

We played 食字路口 for watchnight and I simply am flabbergasted at how my group connected all the dishes together.. Till now I can't stop laughing about it. This whole game lasted till 11+ and we decided to go see fireworks but definitely not at Esplanade. It's completely madness there. But then Jan, Ruth and gang went there leaving the dinosaur group still deciding where to go. Then Tian En suggested that we go to those HDB block opposite ICA building which were 30 stories high. Was kind of dissapointed when we saw that the Suntec towers were blocking the views and thus we could only see those fireworks that went very high up. After that, we went to Liang Seah street to have buffet steamboat dinner/supper/breakfast. Food wasn't that great but the fellowship around the table was nice.

Went home at 2+ and well had a little chat on msn. Seems a change in my life has to be made so I have to try to make a difference to it. Pretty nice way to start the year, with new year resolutions which will showcase a changed me.

2) Learn to wean myself off my kiddish ways
